Millstream Gardens

Millstream Gardens is a state conservation area about 12 miles west of Fredericktown on Hwy 72.  The St. Francis River passes through boulders and chutes in this area, providing the best whitewater rafting in the state when the water is flowing in the spring and fall.  Here the water is running about medium.  This area has excellent fishing for bluegill and smallmouth bass.  It isn't particularly accessible, however.
