Building on the success
of the Nokia 3650, the company's top-selling imaging phone launched last year,
Nokia is now introducing the Nokia 3660 which further expand the company's
imaging portfolio and extends the imaging experience to a wider consumer
segment. In addition to an integrated high-resolution VGA camera for still
picture and video capture, a video player and multimedia messaging (MMS)
functionality, the Nokia 3660 feature a 65,500 color display, a stylish key mat
design, and a new range of Xpress-on(TM) covers.
The Nokia 3660 adhere to
the innovative design of their ground-breaking predecessor with a new stylish
keymat design, offering consumers the ability to instantly share a moment with
ease and style. Exchanging holiday season images or video clips will never be
the same. Sharing precious moments between family and friends is but a few
clicks away.
The Nokia 3660 phones are
based on Series 60 terminal software platform. Both products feature an
integrated VGA camera and a video recorder for capturing video clips, as well
as a RealOne Player for downloading and playing real-time streaming of content.
The MMS functionality allows users to send images, video clips, text and sound to
another compatible MMS-enabled phone or to an e-mail address. In addition, the
Nokia 3660 have extensive e-mail support and an XHTML browser to make accessing
mobile services a richer experience.
