Unrequited Love
Stamps Used:
Castle, background trees, clouds (partial image), woman on horse, large trees (this is one stamp, which I inked and stamped separately), grassy knoll near water, dirt texture: Beeswax
Sign stump: Third Coast
Grass, rocks: Art Impressions
How it was Done:
I usually use Memories permanent dye ink because it gives a nice, strong black color that will not run if you color in your scene using watercolors or markers.

A stamp positioner would be very helpful in creating this scene

1.  Stamp the sign stump, mask.

2.  Ink the large trees on the left side of the stamp (the right side of the rubber as it faces you) and stamp, mask.

3.  Clean the tree stamp, then ink and stamp the remaining trees on the other side of the cardstock, roughly across from the other large trees.

4.  Stamp the girl on the horse, mask them.

5.  Stamp the castle.

6.  The trees to the left of the castle were part of a much larger image of trees with a small fence - I just inked part of the trees and stamped.

7.  Ink part of the clouds image and stamp.

8.  With masks still in place, stamp dirt, grass, rocks and grassy knoll.

9.  I colored this scene using chalks and colored pencils.

10.  With red gel pen, add message to the sign on the stump.
