All adults that help with your troop must have a background check, this includes moms and dads who help with open cookie sales. The form is straight forward and can be obtained from Bea Crawford 503-543-8548.
ALSO all leaders must have completed the requried training, PAL and NLB are available online. Go outdoors is required for all troop events that are more than 4 hours in length, this means pretty much any field trip, even to the saurkraut festival if you are there more than 4 hours.

Recruitment is getting underway at the carious schools in the neighborhood, if you know of anyone wanting to join have them fill out the from from school and we will get in touch with them as new troops form. REMEMBER we can't form new troops without new volunteers!

Cookie mom meeting and signups for open sales at the December leader meeting (12/5), if you don't have a representative at the meeting you may miss out on open sales, plan for this now.(don't forget the background check form)

PANCAKE BREAKFAST
We are looking for a coordinator or two for this years pancake breakfast, Planning on the first Saturday in December at the Scappoose Senior Center.
