We refer to the above and wish to highlight on staff movements during office hours as follow :
1. Reporting to Office: In the effort to further improve the HR management and in addition to the existing Attendance Book, the Human Resource Department will be introducing a form called Late Arrival Form. This form is required to be completed by any staff who arrives to the office beyond the required hours. Once completed, the form need to be submitted by the same day to the HR/Admin. Executive. This arrangement is effective immediately.
2. Breaks During Working Hours: Staff are reminded to observe closely the office working hours and refrain from unauthorized breaks.
3. Out of Office During Working Hours: Should there is a need to attend matters outside the office during working hours, staffs are reminded to timely advise the undersigned for consent to avoid impact current assignments.
4. Absence from Office : In any event that staff is not able to report for duty, the undersigned need to be directly advised by the staff concerned before 9.00am on the same day. If the undersigned is not contactable, please advise the Secretary accordingly.
