Welcome to one of the country's most innovative classrooms! A cozy inn and conference center located in Seekonk, Massachusetts -- the heart of Southeastern New England less than 10 minutes from Rhode Island's capital city Providence -- with all the comforts of an elegant hotel, the Johnson & Wales Inn is an education facility of Johnson & Wales University, the world's leader in culinary and hospitality education. The Inn is staffed and managed by hospitality and culinary professionals, instructors and students who deliver the highest level of service and hospitality.

Johnson & Wales University's culinary expertise is showcased at Audrey's restaurant. Open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Audrey's features exquisite local and "New-American" cuisine in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. On Sunday mornings, Audrey's offers a country-style breakfast buffet. Audrey's signature desserts are prepared daily by our pastry chefs and International Baking and Pastry Institute students.

The members of the Inn's Executive Committee review each and every comment card in detail and comments that are both negative and positive are shared with the students as part of the learning experience.
