...through beginning involvement with Christian people,
...through hearing the Gospel proclaimed by the faithful,
...through the study of the Catholic experience,
...through doubts and hesitations,
...through the involvement in the works of charity,
...through steps of commitment,
...through discernment to God's call.
This program is for young adults who are interested in learning more about the Catholic Church and who wish to receive the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and Confirmation).
The program contains five main stages in which an individual fulfills a commitment to the Church. The stages are:
-Period of Pre-Catechumenate
-Period of Catechumenate
-Period of Purification
-Rite of Initiation
-Period of Mystagogy
The length of preparation usually follows a school year, approximately from September to May.
