It's also important to start hanging out with people of like minds. This doesn't mean you have to run out and join a Coven, as this is not for everyone. Try starting getting a yahoo email address & joining a local e-group. In the yahoo group search engine, type "Pagan or Wiccan and (insert your city & state)." Also, you can find Pagan/Wiccan social groups by searching at www.meetup.com. Another great resource is Witchvox.com. There, you'll find local groups and interesting articles.
Above all, be true to yourself. Don't take everything that you read or hear as being gospel. You see, the beauty of this path is that *you* are in control of your destination. If something feels right, then do it. Learn to trust and follow your intuition.
