Tom Hanks, Shelley Long, Joe Mantegna
Comedy

Walter is a lawyer for rock n roll bands, Anna is a classical musician. For over a year they have been living in the apartment of Annas ex-husband, Max, a self-obsessed conductor who only has one love, himself. But Max is coming home, and that means Anna and Walter are homeless.

With no money, but an ability to borrow, they purchase what appears to be a bargain house for two hundred thousands dollars. But no sooner have they crossed the threshold, the house literally starts falling apart. As it does, so does their relationship. Will they live happily ever after, someday?

Okay, okay, I thought
The Lost Boys was eighties, but this tops it! If you are a fan of slapstick comedy and visual gags, this movie is hard to top. Yes it looks dated, but the first time you watch this, I guarantee that you will laugh so hard that you may crack a rib! This shows Tom Hanks at his very best, before his Oscar winning efforts, Toms movies were considered among the best family entertainment, like Turner and Hooch, Big and The 'burbs. Oh, and Shelley Long is a babe in this one! I hate you Tom!
