Oh dear god no.

We thought they had it right with the wonderful
Batman Forever, but we were sadly, gravely mistaken.
Seeing as though the film is so bad, I shall rattle through the plot as quickly as possible. Poison Ivy (Uma Thurman) is bad, Mr Freeze (Arnie) is bad, they team up, like the baddies in the previous two bat-flicks (because someone has the mentality that sequels have to be bigger than the last one) and tries to take over the world from Gotham City (original). Why do they have to pick the only place in the world where it is rife with caped vigilantes? Why cant they go to Grimsby and do it from there?

So its up to our heroes, including Batgirl, who is there just to make the film look bigger, if she wasnt there nothing would have changed! So they all don conveniently Colour-coded costumes, so it looks good when they are fighting the baddies you see, and get into their various neon bat-vehicles and save the day. Woo-hoo.
Well, there we go. Lets see what else this glorious cinematic experience has to offer (notice Im being sarcastic), erm ropey at best special effects, with some evil plants which look like they were made by Jim Henson when he was a kiddie, terrible production design, acting, soundtrack etc.

Oh, and the action sequences, let me sort this out, NO-ONE can defy gravity by leaping 20ft through the air from a standing pole vault, do a somersault then manage to land vertically for the last 5 seconds of the approach! Watch it and see what I mean! Im not finished there, blasting through a solid brick wall on a motorbike with no helmet and leave a hole in the perfect shape of the robin logo, DOES NOT happen!! Ice DOES NOT glow neon blue and pink! And museums DO NOT have spotlights in the shape of rotating icicles that follow a bad guy around the building when he breaks in!

Need I say more to put you off this film? Please dont waste your money on this tripe, either by renting or god forbid, wanting to buy it. Trust me youre better off (but not by much mind you) getting
Pokemon: The First Movie or Free Willy.
