Well, it's been two months now. These past two weeks have not seem much progress and I got a sore on my foreskin which wouldn't heal with tugging. So I took some time off.  You can really feel the lack of progress when you take an extended (i.e. over 2 days) period off.  Oh well, you learn from your mistakes.  It sucked, though, having to wear a condom to have sex (to avoid further damage to the sore from the friction of sex).  Like they say, gentler is better when tugging.  I guess we all have to learn from our mistakes! :( 

Anyway, I'm still at a CI-3 in spite of the apparition of having an almost CI-4 a few weeks ago.  I think that the hardest point is to actually get the foreskin to stay over the corona, even for a little bit.  In essence, with the DTR you get the impression that it's over the corona for a short period of time because the DTR actually compresses the head of the penis in order to stretch the skin.  However, when the head gets back to its normal shape, you get less overlap.  That's the point where you really need to measure yourself from.
