IAIN BAYNE

So who is he : He's the best drummer in the world. That's as simple as that. In his early days he played in seveval small bands, but later he joined a group called " New Celeste " which became quite big in some parts of Europe. In 1980 he joined Runrig, but still played with " New Celeste " untill 1982 where he wasn't able to do both things, so he chose Runrig ( lucky us ). I have never heard him sing, except a little bit of falala, but he claims that he has a very nice voice. Well, Iain you know what you have to do on the next album We are all waiting. I guess Iain really likes to use his sparetime fishing. He doesn't talk about anything but fish and drums ( No, I'm just kidding :-)
I guess Iain leads a doublelife, 'cause sometimes he's married and sometimes he's single. But who really knows, except himself. But he has a daughter, that should be certain.
And to the obvious : He has blond hair and green eyes, and he's 173 cm. |
