YOU ARE SHARING RON AND MARTHA'S GOLDEN YEARS
BUDIARTHA PRINTS
In 1998, in Ketchum, Idaho, near the Sun Valley
resort, we found an art shop going out of business and fell in love
with the set of five signed (Budiartha) and numbered prints shown
below. These prints, measuring 33 by 24 inches, adorn the walls of
our game room. However, we have never been able to learn anything
about the artist. If you can help us uncover information about

From accompanying printed matieral: "Creating artwork under the pen name of Budi, our artist has created windows into the tropics. His bold productions are 'Rousseauesque' in style using various wildlife as a focal point surrounded by foliage and fauna found in the tropics. He creates these dimensional wonders with india ink and acrylics and also makes his own brushes out of bamboo, and canvas from treated french twill. This unique style was created in the early 70's in the native setting of remote islands of the Southeast Asian Seas. Our artist is currently based out of our artist studio in South Laguna Beach..."
