| In Feb 2004 I was fortunate enough to be sent to Adelaide, Australia for work reasons, and managed to wing a stop over in Sydeny to spend a day with Greg Hunter of the famous Standstone & Termite Railway. My luggage was filled with work stuff, but I did manage to find room to squeeze the Jigger into a margarine container. So this is probably the first NZ jigger to run in Australia. (I managed to slip the driver through customs without a passport too!). James Mc Inerney and Mark Hobbs joined the running day, and later we went to Marks place for a few lapps of his railway too. A great day thanks to all those concerned. |

| Above: Photos of this railway never give you the true impression of it's size, until you see a person next to it. Greg stands beside one of the viaducts. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Left: Double Headed 19 class locos at the Sandstone Station. Greg built the front one (radio controlled) and Mark built the second one (still track power at this stage) meaning two drivers need to co-operate to pull the train. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
