My Strategey in this deck is domination. Trying to keep my oppenents monsters off the field and keeping enough of my monsters  on the field to get out my level 7 or higher monsters. I also have three summoned skull so as not to get caught with all high level monsters in my hand.

First of all, you have too many Tribute monsters in your deck. You're Tribute count is 10, and you have only 1 card to discard them with, and 1 to Reborn the one discarded. I recommend that you either get the Gate Guardin Peices out of your deck, or focus you're deck around them.

Here is how I would change your deck if you want to go with the GG peices.

Add:
1 Premature Burial
1 Call of the Haunted
1-2 Tribute to the Doomed
1 Magic Jammer
1 Waboku
1 Painful Choice
1-2 1800+ ATK monsters
1 Imperial Order

Take out:
3 Summoned Skull
1 Labyrinth Wall
2 De-Spell
1 Horn of the Unicorn
3 Solemn Wishes
1-2 Fissure
1-2 2000 Def monsters
3 Mystic Tomato

If you're going to have a lot of Tribute Monsters, or Monsters that require 2 Tributes, you want ways to bring them out without tributing for them. Also, be sure to keep you're deck under 45 cards. 50 cards is too many for most decks.
