RMC 2 U of T 1 stats The Paladins have come alive at just the right time. After a disappointing weekend on the road last weekend in Ryerson and Toronto the Paladins bounced back to win two straight against their divisional opponents. In Sundays game the Paladins were out shot 51-22 but came out with a victory. Goalie Blair Robertson stood on his head kicking out 50 shots while Mike Clark and Nick Cregan with the game winner scored for RMC. Both teams went 0 for 2 on their powerplay chances. The win moves RMC into the third and final playoff spot in the OUA Mid East with 6 games left to play 24 Jan RMC 8 Ryerson 0 stats The Paladins got their first win of the season in a key game to determine the playoff picture in the OUA Mid East Division. The Paladins blanked Ryerson 8-0 for RMCs first shutout in over four years. The win brings the Paladins back to within a point for the final playoff spot in the Mid East Division. Led by Matthew Maurice and Tyler McTavish each with a goal and three assists the Paladins busted out for the most goals in a game in 2 seasons. Others scoring for RMC were Nick Creagan with 2 and singles by Mike Clard, Adrain Hartley, Trevor Orriss, and Jordan Woodman. Elliot Mould got the shutout for the Paladins who out shot the Rams 46-25. The Paladins were 3 for 8 on the power play while killing all 6 shorthanded situations. 18 Jan Ryerson 5 RMC 3 stats RMC dropped a key game in the OUA Mid East Division race for the third and final playoff spot. The Paladins lost 5-3 to the Ryerson Rams Sunday afternoon leaving RMC 3 points behind the Rams in the race for third. It was only Ryerson�s second win of the season but it comes at a key time. In a wide-open game between the two teams RMC out shot Ryerson 55-39 with Blair Robertson making 34 saves for the Redmen. The woeful RMC powerplay, still reeling from not having Louis Michel Charland and Pat MacDonald in the line-up, was 1 for nine on Sunday afternoon. Ryerson went 1 for six with the man advantage. RMC got two goals from Nick Cregan and one from Mike Clark while Matthew Maurice collected 2 assists. 17 Jan U of T 6 RMC 0 stats game summary In a key interdivision match up RMC lost 6-0 to the first place Varsity Blues. The Paladins were out shot 49-28 with Blair Roberston stopping 43 shots. In a rough and tumble penalty filled game the Paladins were 0 for 10 on the power play while the U of T was 2 for 12. RMC stayed one point out of the playoff race as Queens beat Ryerson 4-1. Jan 10 Ottawa 5 RMC 2 stats game summary The Paladins dropped their second game of the weekend 5-2 to the Ottawa Gee Gees. In a fast paced offensive game the Paladins were out shot 41-33 by the Gee Gees. Blair Robertson was in goal for the Paladins for the second straight game stopping 36 shots. The Paladins got goals from Mathew Maurice, on the power play, and Adrian Hartley. The Paladins went 1 for 4 on the power play while Ottawa managed 2 power play goals on 7 chances. 9 Jan 04 McGill 4 RMC 0 stats game summary In RMCs first game of the second half, they were shut out 4-0 by the McGill Redmen in Montreal on Friday night. After a long Christmas break the Paladins looked fairly strong in their first game however they could not solve McGill goalie Patrice Godin.
