| We are a small family owned and operated aviary.� RJ Birds owns the Funny Feather Farm, located in west centeral Florida.� We take pride in all our birds and raise loving, well socialized babies.� We have started out small and continue to grow.� Parrots are what we live for and what we do.� The aviary grows continually.� Our babies make wonderful pets.� Our nursery always seems to have babies being fed and getting ready to be adopted to a loving home.� One of them could go to your home. | ||||||||||||||||||
| This is Jerico, or as he calls himself "JerBear".� He is a African Grey Timneh.� This whole thing really started with him.� Several years ago I adopted him when he was 5 years old and we quickly became great friends.� Now he has a vocabulary of way to many words, (over 200 words, sentences, and sounds)� He tells us when he wants to eat. "JerBear want a cracker", want a drink, and way to often, knock it off.� He says that alot when the birds in the aviary start with their socializing in the mornings and evenings. | ||||||||||||||||||
| As the aviary grows we are constantly looking for more birds.� Sometimes we buy breeding pairs but we take in unwanted pets too.� We also do breeder loan programs by contract.� This seems to work well for people who no longer want the work of their birds but would still like to have� babies to raise and sell.� If you or if you know of someone who may be interested in working with us please contact us at��������������� .� We will take care of your bird/s like they were our own.� We have references available and will be more than happy to discuss the details with you. | ||||||||||||||||||
