These are just some basic secrets I have noted for you.
1-2: Behind a skeleton are blocks that contain a turkey.
1-2iii:The left most set of bricks, the farthest column has a roman numeral 2.
1-3: Go all the way left to the wall and get a large heart.
3-1: Search for a false wall. There is a lot of items embedded in this false wall.
6-2: Right after the second chandelier (3 spaces left of the broken chandelier), duck down. A set of stairs should appear.
7-2: First wall has a turkey.
8-1, ii: A wall before the falling bricks contains a turkey.
B-4: Right at the beginning jump off the ledge as far left as you can jump. You will land on a secret platform. Go left all the way and hearts, whip upgrades and the cross will fall from the sky. When going back you must not just go right, or you will fall in the pit, you have to go right slowly while pressing "up" to catch the stairs.
B-4: Destroy Dracula's sphere attack and get a turkey leg.
