Titanic (1997)
CAST: Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Billy Zane, Kathy Bates, Bill Paxton
DIRECTOR: James Cameron
MPAA RATING: PG-13
RUNNING TIME: 194 Minutes

This picture is a masterful work of art that has the complete package. The parts of the package are intertwined to perfection. Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet provide us with marvelous dramatic scenes of love and passion. After you've seen the joyous couple falling in love, the movie takes a turn for the worse, the very worst. It reaches its highest level of excellence when the disaster begins. The tension builds as the destruction of the ship becomes greater. You can feel the pain as you watch the passengers kick and fight to get to safety. You can feel the terror as you see the hundreds of dead bodies floating gently over the sea.

James Cameron's epic adventure makes you feel as though you're on the "Titanic". This treasure offers anything and everything that makes a movie special: action, adventure, comedy, drama, and special effects. No other movie has all of these ingredients to offer in which all are performed to the very finest. Titanic holds the record for most Oscar nominations (14) and wins (11). 2 things are certain: Titanic is the highest grossing movie ever made and is also one of the most popular ones.
