| The tension is 100% in this very entertaining thrill ride starring Samuel L. Jackson and Kevin Spacey. Jackson is a Chicago Policeman who negotiates in hostage situations. Hes been framed by someone inside the force. The reason being money, of course. When Jackson feels theres no other option, he takes a few hostages of his own and begins his quest to prove his innocence. Enter Spacey, who is another negotiator, but isnt in the same group accusing Jackson of money scandals. Its very fun to watch Jackson handle his own crew as they try to talk him down...he has the upper hand since he is also a professional. Spacey is as good as ever. He and Jackson arent in the same screen much, but they talk to one another for most of the entire movie. Thats entertaining enough. These top flight actors have done it again. You want suspense? You got it. |
