This mega box office hit has Tom Cruise playing a secret agent, who's mission is to recover a disc that contains valuable information. Without getting into plot details, which is wise, considering the movie is extremely complex, Cruise must get the disc into the right hands, but he'll have to dodge the bad guys along the way.

This is one of those "1 guy against the world" type movies, where you can't trust anyone and have only Cruise to root for. It's easy to do, considering he's always the hero. De Palma, who's best work is behind him, does an above average job keeping us on our toes.

Less action than you might think. Still, the finale is pretty exciting. And tension isn't the word to describe the "vault scene". Grossing over $450 million worldwide, this was one of the biggest hits for Cruise. Avoid trying to follow the plot and just enjoy the popcorn.
