| Second part of Smith's "Jersey Trilogy" is his weakest work. This mess about mallrats has a few laughs, but the plot is extremely slow to get developed and none of the witty dialogue found in his other films show up in this one. The humor is crude like Smith's other movies, but many of the jokes miss. Jason Lee is the film's only bright spot as he gets all the funny lines. Followed by the third installment, CHASING AMY, which is far more superior and clever. |
