| This chilling 1997 film about a young lawyer who takes on a job in New York to work for Satan, aka Al Pacino, is nicely written and is crisply acted. Pacino does his usual solid performance as Mr. Evil. Reeves doesn't mess things up too much with his pitiful attempt using a Southern accent. The dark atmosphere and the strange events will keep your eyes glued to the screen. |
