| Dim-witted, yet heroic Ash returns for the final chapter in the popular Evil Dead series. Only this time, he has a chainsaw for a hand and is now trapped in Medievel Times instead of that isolated cabin. The "Book of the Dead" has transferred him to the Dark Ages. Here, he romances with Embeth Davidtz, takes on an army of skeletons, and tries to figure out how to get back home. Major slap-stick horror/humor outing for director Raimi. This third part steps away from the first 2 films, but it's still alot of fun. Cool special effects, if somewhat cheesy. |
