This was Carrey's first major motion picture. It was also his first chance to display is odd, yet effective comedy. Ace Ventura feels more like an extended "In Living Color" episode. Other than Carrey, there is absolutely nothing else worth watching in this movie. A few sight gags and tons of schtick comedy is all that can be found in this third rate comedy. |
