Fans of dark comedies and PULP FICTION will get a big kick out of this junior varsity version from director Doug Liman (SWINGERS). The movie is broken up into 3 segments, with drugs as the most mentioned item. It's not near as confusing as PULP FICTION's story line. It's actually pretty easy to put the pieces together.

Disc
This is a fantastic special edition from the good ol' folks at Columbia. Everything is solid. The audio is outstanding, especially the pumpin' soundtrack. Lots of rave music. The disc makes good use of the surround speakers. The video is very good, though not Columbia's best. I noticed a few pixels here and there. The features are awesome. 14 deleted scenes is the main attraction. It's easy to see why they cut these scenes out though. The making-of featurette is nice, especially since it's 6 minutes long. Most of those clock in around 2 or 3.

Overall
It's easy to recommend one of the best movies of 1999.
