Movie
This is the classic that features the most celebrated monster of all-time. Frankenstein is not just a horror movie. It's an art film that can be viewed in different ways.

Disc
Universal finally will be releasing its beloved classic monsters onto dvd. Frankenstein is the first and it will probably get the best treatment of all of them. The disc is packed with stuff. 2 long documentaries are the highlights. I could only find the re-release trailer, though the package says the original is on there too. The menus are animated with background music and they are very neat. The video is a little rough starting out, but is much cleaner later on. This is the restored version that adds the line "Now I know what it feels like to be God" back into the film. The audio is in 2.0 mono, so it's not too good.

Overall
This one should be in everyone's collection. Everybody loves Frankenstein, and with the features, you'll love the disc too. So far, it is the best of the Monster Collection class.
