Movie
ENTRAPMENT was a pleasant surprise. I thought it was going to be another run-of-the-mill thriller. Instead, it's a very smart ride in the art of stealing. It's not often that you root for the bad guys, but anytime you're dealing with mega-stars Connery and Zeta-Jones, you can't help yourself.

A trailer for the movie and for RISING SUN are included. Yes, just what I always wanted. Also, the cast listing is under the features page. Cast listing you say? Yep, it tells who is in the movie and that is it. Someone actually spent the time to put this on the dvd. No info about the cast, but their names. The transfer looks fabulous, even if it's non-anamorphic. The audio doesn't offer alot of bass, particularly because the movie isn't action oriented. It does its job, however. Dialogue is easily heard and the surrounds are nice. Fairly nifty animated menus give this an extra 1/2 point on the feature grade.
Overall
I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this movie. It's definitely better than the very slow paced THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR. I recommend this crime caper over that one any day.
