My friend Kristi is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama. I like her very much. She is the cutest fitness competitor I've ever come across. Even though she is very muscular with a hard rock body, yet she still looks so cute!
And she has a very sweet personality too. I am not the only one who thinks that she's very sweet. Other fitness competitors and fans have said the same thing too. Even her smile is so sweet.

Kristi maintains a very exhuastive exercise schedule. She is a very successful fitness competitor who has won numerous titles. Not only that, she practices kickboxing and gymnastics too. For those who may not know, kickboxing is considered by some to be the most rigorous martial art. I still don't know how she is able to maintain such a grueling training schedule. She's amazing.
She is not only a great athletic beauty, but she is brainy as well. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2001.
I admire her for her discipline and determination that has enabled her to accomplish so much. But despite her great accomplishments, she's still so humble and sweet. I am so blessed to have a good friend like her. And
