Ally is a firefighter and a fitness competitor who lives in Columbus, Ohio.
She is very focused, determined, intense and goal-oriented. That's why she has won many fitness competitions. I am amazed how hard she trains given that she has a full-time job as a firefighter.
Not only does she have an excellent physique, she's also gorgeous. She is definitely one of the most beautiful women I have ever seen.
But the thing I like most about her is her golden heart. She has encouraged me so much. For example, she had a serious lower back injury. But she courageously overcame the injury to become the super fit athlete that she is today. Since I had chronic lower back pain, I asked her about her injury. She described her experiences and gave invaluable advise. I was touched by her attention and concern.
Many others have tasted of her kindness and goodness as well. She does not selfishly pursue her own goals but she makes time to help others along the way. It is no surprise that she worked very hard to save lives as a firefighter for victims of the September 11 attack.
I am so glad to have met her. I look up to her as a role model. And she is also a great friend. |
