| Gaidhraig an Faol Liath |
| APPEARANCE: Gaidhraig is a 6' tall Male, 180lb in weight, perhaps 30 in age. He has short, dark hair, clear blue eyes which can sparkle with merriment or blaze with cold anger, and is usually clean shaven, or at least sporting no more than a few days growth. His breeches and doublet are of fine wool, usually a muted grey in colour, and he sports a snowy white shirt beneath. His boots are Dun Leather, with the tops doubled down below his knee, and a skean dubh always prominent from the top of one boot. His belt holds a pouch, and a dirk, and his main weapon, a swept hilt rapier, hangs from a baldrick. For armour, Gaidhraig favours a buff leather Cavalry Jerkin, and a Crested Iron Helm. His left hand will often be encased in a bridle gauntlet, and his sword hand in softer doeskin. A gold ring may be seen on his hand if he removes the gauntlet. His armour against the elements is a hooded, deep green cloak. Those who peer into the cloak may be suprised by the small grey cat which stares at them from within. At times Gaidhraig forsakes this more conventional form of dress to wear the complicated folds of a great plaid. STATUS: Gaidhraig was noted coming south from the frozen highlands of Sonyas' Peak. His accent makes it more than obvious that he comes from one of the Northland clans, and for those that can speak the tongue, he has identified himself as Gaidhraig an Faol Liath, Tighearn Liath, Airidh Fair, Cuiradh Clan Liath, that is Gaidhraig the Grey Wolf, Chief of the Wolves, Lord of the Morning and Champion of the Wolf Clan. RACE: Human CAPABILITES: He can handle a Rapier well, will use the dirk if his blade needs to be more...discreet, and the black dagger in his boot has suprised many an unwary foe. He can ride well, and finds he has an affinity with most animals. He is well read, and his dagger is as much an artificers tool as a weapon, though he has no magic as such. HISTORY: Gaidhraig has not disclosed much regarding his past yet. Though quiet, he is courteous and relaxed amongst all classes of people, suggesting he may come from a priveleged background. He will sometimes slip phrases from a strange tongue into his speech, betraying his Northland heritage. |
