| It has been suggested by a long time local bike shop owner that Torpados were, from time to time, sold with full chromed frames. This bicycle was probably one of those issues and has characteristics similar to this Torpado and also to this green Chiorda. The bicycle was previously owned and ridden by a lady and the general condition of the bicycle would suggest that.
