Birthday Parties

Birthday Parties at R. A. C. Gymnastics are custom made for the age, experience, and personal choice of the birthday person. Standard parties can be either one or two hours, and if the host desires can be centered around a theme. Birthday person will receive a gift from R. A. C. Gymnastics appropriate for their age.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN AN INFORMED CONSENT FORM BEFORE BEING ALLOWED ON ANY GYMNASTICS EQUIPMENT. Please, no alcohol or smoking on the R. A. C. premises.

Standard Party includes:
1st hour Gymnastics Lesson:
Arrive before time to set up and greet guests
Class starts with stretching (10 minutes)
Split guests into groups of 4 to 8 to learn gymnastics (40 minutes)
Gymnastics events for co-ed parties usually include: Beam and Rings and Tramp and Bars unless the birthday person request additional or alternate events.
Obstacle Course using gymnastics equipment (10 minutes)

2nd hour (optional) Birthday Party
Wash hands and seat guests, Have Cake, Lunch, etc. Whatever the host wishes to provide.
Open presents.
Remainder of hour can be used for special theme related games (pi�ata, treasure hunt, pin the nose on the clown, etc.) or can be open play time (coaches will supervise) or a combination of both.

One Hour Party:
up to 12 guests           $30
12-24 guests               $45
more than 24 guests   call to arrange

Two Hour Party
up to 12 guests           $60
12-24 guests               $90
more than 24 guests   call to arrange
