Braganil Goslan
Hearing the haunting cry of chupchupchupchupchup Nonneeeeeeeeeeeee, Braga gets hit by a rush of adrenalin. He can smell the boar, he can feel the boar, he can taste the boar ... and then he stands almost nose to nsoe with the motehr sow and her little piglest. Apparently, Bragas mating call must have also rang loud and clear in the mother sows ears. "Oh, shoot, that sow is gonna chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge..." With the might of ten orcs, the mother sow rams into Braga, tossing him to the ground, breaking his spear, one end flying in Rohs and Eord direction.  With one hand he can still grab the end with the tip, trying to pierce the animals thick hide. After the third attempt he succeeds, and the spear tip implants inself into the belly of the sow. Much to everyones chargrin, however, that was onyl like a needle prick to the enourmous beast, and angrily and now in pain, it whirls around and charges Pell, Blaed and Ber who still try to chase after the boar.

orina
Braga!  *ducks from the incoming spear parts and then throws his own spear as hard as his (stick) arms will let him*

    Pellakal
*upon hearing Braga, and the noise of the sow and her young, Pell reels in his tracks, almost colliding with Bereth. He rushes back until he comes in sight of the fight. Suddenly, he feels strange. His voice grows deeper, he grows taller, he has become.... the
GM!!!!
Bwhahaha. As the little boars scatter, the sow spars with her tusks at Bragas spear point. The stab only infuriates the boar. Boars can develop up to an inch of cartilige around their vitals, the result of many fights between their species. Eorinaes aim is true, and hits the sow in the ribcage. The broad head of the spear hits horizontally and gets lodged in between two ribs, only penetrating a few inches. The sow turns upon Eor and charges, the shaft of the spear giving Braga a good thwack as she turns (As you have lost yours, you might want to take this one out while her back is turned).

Amhran: have you taken a shot at the male boar? I was not quite sure. If you havent and want to, go for it! What have you got to loose?

*Pell shakes his head* Whoa, that felt wierd... *he runs towards the fray*

    orina
oh, not good *tries to move out of the way, but does he make it!? (bum bum bum)*

   Amhran
Amhran hears the scuffling but pays it no heed; she doesnt know what is going on. All she notices is that the male boar has given her a beautiful shot straight through his neck and in front of his right shoulderblade. She takes it.

(Will Amhran get the boar? Will Braga survive the attack by the sow? What will be the effect on his pants? Will Eorinae get out of the way in time? What is Bld doing? What is Bereth doing? Will Pellakal overcome his dual personality? Why do birds suddenly appear every time you are near? Only the GM knows... so find out the answers to these and other questions on the next episode of THE HUNT OF THE TWO KINGDOMS!!! Tune in next time!)

    Bereth
What IS Bereth the Pseudo-Gondorian doing indeed?  Momentarily immoblized by laughter, she jumps out of Pellys way just in time, then spins on one foot to face the enraged, then raises her spear to fling it mightily behind his right leg as he passes by, hoping to hit the less thickly layered skin there and enter his ribcage near the heart.

Just as she begins gloating at her excellent aim, she is tripped up by one on the piglets who run blindly into her from behind!  Gracelessly splayed out, she finds herself vulnerable to getting trampled  . . .  (up, Eorlinga, quickly, she thinks)

    Pellakal
Ahem...*
The GM, having recovered from the fits of laughter, reinhabits the body of Pell and speaks forth his judgment* Ahem.. Bereths throw is almost true, but the speed of the boar makes the spear strike into the shoulder blade of the boar. This is a critical hit, however, for the boar slows and raises his head, letting out a cry of pain. As his head is raised, Amhran lets fly her arrow and it sinks deep into the boars fleshy neck, piercing the lung. The boar collapses to the ground, dead. Good for you two!

Pellakal: Hey! Would you stop doing this to me? Its getting on my nerves!!

GM: Bah!  You have no choice in the matter. Now shut it and let me finish.
Ahem. Eorinae gets out barely in time, and the sow turns to give chase. I highly suggest that you leg it! And fast!

Pellakal: May I say something?

GM: If you must. Only keep it short, I have a busy schedual today.

Pell: *As Eor and the sow pass him, Pell raises his spear and stabs downwards at the sows neck, hoping to sever the spinal cord.*

GM: Nice try, but the sow jumps and your aim is off. Now the sow, badly wounded and bleeding from many points, tosses Pell against a tree, charges, and slashes at his left thigh.

Pell: *yells ancient Rohirric swear words* I could use a little help here!!!!!

GM: Get over it. As for the other questions, contrary to popular opinion, I do not know why birds suddenly appear every time you are near. I had better ask somone else. That is all. Oh yeah, I forgot the big finale. Will Pellakal survive the ferocious attack? STAY TUNED!
