The Northmen of the Rhovanion grew to great numbers durring the reign of Vigugavia, and became freindly with the Gondorians. Many were taken into the service of Romendacil II, 18th king of Gondor. An alliance was formed with the marrige of Vidugavia's daughter, Vidumavia, and Romendacil II.
