| Marhari wa a descendant of Vidugavia. In 1856 Marhari, leading a force of riders, saved the Gondorian army under king Narmacil II by a strong rearguard action in the Battle of the Plains. He was slain in the defence, but gained enough time for the Gondorins to regroup. Narmacil II was also slain in the battle. | ||||||||
