Below I am hoping to add all links pertaining to the Type of Units.

In some cases I have either linked to other peoples pages. These can be identified with ** after the name.

In some rare cases I have dedicated a section to specific groups or regiments. The reason I would have done this is a particular interest in that Regiment or Information. A good example of this is the 2nd Michigan Volunteer Infantry and the 1st Michigan Lancers.
