(B) Can you explain what are vision and goals?

Vision is that one statement which abstracts the final aim of the project. Vision is something all the stakeholders in the project agree upon and are always aware while executing the project. Goals form the subset of vision. They represent broader level activities which should be achieved to meet the vision. We can say they are details of a vision. So vision is broad level thinking while goals are low level subset of the vision.
