Every organization has assessment structure in place. Most of the organization follows the method of setting KRA (Key result areas) and goals for an individual and then measuring the same at the end of the year. KRA are nothing but objectives which have defined goals with numbers. For instance below figure ‘KRA’ shows how a manager has defined a typical KRA for him with goal.
