here are the newest components in our frankenstein of a computer, along with a new picture:
delta 12x dvd-rom/40x cd-rom (this replaced the 40x generic cd-rom drive)
(the dvd-rom drive is not visible in this picture)
3dfx voodoo 5 5500 agp (requires internal power supply, 2 vsa-100 processors, 64 mb sdram)
(the voodoo 5 is the biggest expansion card in the case, with the power cord running into it)
linksys lne100tx 10/100 network interface card
(the network card is directly below the tv tuner card {the card with the big silver box on it})
creative labs dxr3 dvd decoder card
(this card was not yet installed when this picture was taken)
pictures of the newly upgraded computer innards are forthcoming as well. next stop...pentium II 333 mhz processor...
