inside the new frankenstein...
here's the inside line on veronica's computer...
lpx form-factor motherboard, manufactured by packard bell. the processor (all you can see is the oversized heatsink) was formerly a pentium 120, but was replaced with a pentium mmx 233 running at a motherboard maximum 200 mhz. the soundcard is a creative soundblaster awe 64, the top of the line isa soundcard, and the one i swore i'd never get rid of...until i bought my sb pci 512! there's 1 available isa slot, and 1 available shared isa/pci slot. not a lot of upgradability, really. the pci slot will be filled with a usb card soon after christmas :-)
