these are our companions, two wonderful and loving cats. they think they're human. maybe they are...maybe they have the souls of humans deep in their hearts. they are quiet, warm, compassionate creatures, who know when we are sick or sad and come to us to comfort us.
cypher
cypher is the first cat i fell in love with. he has the soul of a small child, playful, mischevious, knowing the rules and failing to follow them all the time. we call him cypherzilla at times because his facial expressions are reminiscent of the old, classic japanese godzilla. he loves cheese (is he a cat or a mouse?), headbutting people, and tearing across the apartment chasing after bugs.
orion
this is our newcomer. veronica brought him home after seeing him tossed out of his old owner's house. he's just a kitten, very playful and loving. he always needs to be curled up on someone, even if that someone is trying to do web design on the computer :-) here you can see him trying to eat my bagel. he loves cheese too. he's only been with us for a short time, but he has already become a part of our family.
