that Lucas was a
championship race car driver. So Lucas started speeding on the road
as if he was racing and he ends up getting pulled over by a police
officer. The police officer asks Lucas for his license. Lucas gives
him his license from the year 3000 and the officer gives him a ticket.
The officer tells him that he needs to get a drivers license if he
wants to drive.
The mutants try to figure out how to
take over the citizens of Silver Hills. They realize that money is
the only way so they call on the mutant called Mantimobile to help steal a
couple of cars and some money.

and Wes passes the test with flying colors and then he notices Nadira and
the other Mutants in cars filled with cash. Lucas races after them,
while his driving instructor is panicking. But Lucas losses the
Mantimoblie in all the drama. Wes and Lucas go back to the clock
tower and tell the other rangers about Nadira' hot wheels and they start
wondering how to defeat them. Trip has an idea and introduces them
to the Vector cycles.
Nadira and the other mutants race back
to their base and then the rangers intercept them with their new bikes.
They battle the mutants with their new bikes and then they end up
fighting the monster in a hand to hand combat. The monster starts
defeating them and then the rangers call for help from Circuit and Circuit
sends them the information on their new weapon. They use their new
weapon The Vortex Blaster against the Mantimobile but it isn't enough. The
mutant exposes his DNA and grows and Circuit sends them the Time Jet. They
fight the monster in Mode Blue and then in Mode Red.
They defeat the monster and the jets
go back to the year 3000. Katie wonders why the Time Jets always go
back to the future. Trip explains to her that the year 2001 doesn't have
the fuel to refuel the jets and they must go back to the year 3000 so they
can be refueled.
Lucas goes back to get his drivers
license and the instructor recognizees him and runs away.
