| The Patriot (1998)** Not the Mel Gibson movie of the name, but an apparently made-for-tv movie with Steven Seagal as a doctor in a small western town who has to race against time to find a cure for a nasty airborne virus that militia leader (Gailard Sartain) has released into the air. It's good to see Seagal attempt to make a movie based on his acting rather than all-action,but it seems to come at the expense of excitement and plausability. |
