| Texas Payback (1994) Cast:Gary Hudson,Sam Jones,Robert Ginty Routine revenge saga about an escaped convict who makes life tough for the cop who put him in jail. Not as cliched as you might think and some of the action can be actually eyecatching but usually not because a lot of the action scenes lack imagination. However Hudson makes an impressive villain even though the script doesn't give him much to work with. What we end up with is a slightly above average film that if it had more of a better hero (Jones is not a very good martial artist) it could have easily earned a 3 star rating.D.Richard W.
