| Snakeeater II:The Drug Buster (1991) Cast:Lorenzo Lamas,Michelle Scarabelli,Larry B.Scott Lorenzo Lamas stars as "Soldier" a vigilante cop who is standing trial for slaughtering four drug dealers, however on an insanity plea, he is confined to a mental hospital which he escapes from now and then to wipe out the drug dealers who are cutting the drugs with poison in this largely enjoyable sequel. Snake Eater II:The Drug Buster is one of the oddest action movies to come out in awhile. The novel touches of this flick are a wheelchair fight,Fire extinguishers filled with gasoline and my favorite having are hero being confined to a mental hospital, in which he finds a way to escape and use vigilante tactics. Snake Eater II is funny, hard hitting and filled with action scenes all of it well staged but for some reason there is more to Snake Eater II then just that, It plays rather well as a sharp satire on actionflicks. For the most part Snake Eater II is well made and nicely polished. An ace job all around as Erschbamer furnishes yet another fun action flick. D.George Erschbamer *** |
