| Land Of The Free (1998) Cast:Jeff Speakman,William Shatner Jeff Speakman stars as a man who tries to expose his superior (Shatner) only to be marked for death in this boring, disappointing and brain-dead actioner, which makes the greatest sin of all by not being exciting or fun. Taken as a whole Land Of The Free would appear to be one of Speakman's more promising movies since The Expert, but you would be wrong because Land Of The Free doesn't have the intellegence or even the action to pull off even a satisfactory thriller, instead it is cliche after more cliches, and the movie's awful score makes the movie nearly impossible to watch, even for Jeff Speakman, this is one bad movie and when movies like this fail, it should come down to one thing, Action and yet Land Of The Free can't even get that right. Each actionscene is chereographed in a by the numbers way, and that's when it's at it's best, PM entertainment usually furnishes excitement in their movies, but unforutunately not here..and the result is a yawner.
