| Redemption: Kickboxer 5 (1996) Cast:Mark Dacascos,James Ryan Dacascos takes over for Mitchell (Who took over for Van Damme) in this mediocre entry which has Dacascos out for vengeance against the killer of his friends. You know the drill as the plot follows a simple connect the dots formula. Martial arts junkies can certainly do worse than this, given that Redemption:Kickboxer 5 is an extremely by the numbers actioner, this strictly routine pic does provide enough martial arts action for fans of the genre. However being that it's a sequel it doesn't really tie in well despite a few impressive set pieces. . However what really makes this a guilty pleasure is Ryan's decent performance, proving to be no sloutch in the actionscenes either.
