Cast:Dylan McDermott,Stacey Travis,Iggy Pop

Hardware is a surprisingly fresh and sharp actioner with a rock-video atmosphere which makes this low budget actioner stand out quite a bit from the crowd.

When it comes to this genre, there are rare times when a movie actually gets by on style alone,
Hardware is an extreme example of style over substance and yet despite this,  I really didn't mind. The movie's look is so sharp that more often then not, your enjoying the atmosphere. That being said the story really doesn't amount to much, indeed at times a lot of it doesn't make much sense but then there's never an actionscene too far away, plus Hardware contains a swift pace which really prevents one from being bored, also Stanley's directing is tight and builds great suspense (Especially in the climax) which make Hardware hard to beat for fans of Sci/Fi.D.Richard Stanley ***1/2
