Violent actioner about a bounty hunter who teams up with a Con who is hunted by a group of mobsters who are after 400 million dollars. Underrated and mostly enjoyable this movie is sunk by brainless script and witless acting (Excepting Lambert and Van Peebles) Gunmen is entertaining enough in a brain-dead way and although it is not great you could do worse such as Lambert and Van Peebles other movie they did Highlander III.The movie isn't groundbreaking or anything but it has some good actionscenes which make this far more enjoyable then what the critics made out to be. Also fans of camp will find a lot to mock when Stewart swears like a sailor. D.Deran Sarafian **1/2 |
